Another lucky find. Sometimes a meteorite is simply "different" than all the other rocks; a bit larger, a funny color, a funny sheen, a funny texture. This specimen was found in a moraine, surrounded by millions of rocks of all sorts of varieties- but it stood out by virtue of its orange color and its size. Note the patches of fusion crust that also gave it away.
